This led her to pursue an undergraduate degree in Honours Bachelor of Science Kinesiology at McMaster University, during which she was an active member of the sport medicine community working closely with varsity athletes and the McMaster Marauders Women’s soccer team. Sabrina went on to pursue her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University where her passion for health promotion and rehabilitation continued to grow. With over a decade of experience in orthopaedics, Sabrina has worked extensively with competitive and recreational athletes across diverse sports. She also specializes in helping active individuals return to the activities they love with confidence and improved resilience. Sabrina strives to develop personalized treatment strategies that optimize long term movement quality and injury prevention. She is committed to working closely with each patient to develop realistic goals, ensuring they understand their condition and feel empowered throughout their recovery journey. Her treatment philosophy centers on evidence-based practice combined with hands-on manual therapy techniques, targeted exercise prescription, and detailed movement analysis. Sabrina is a contemporary medical acupuncture provider, a certified Functional Range Release (FR) and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) provider. She has completed additional coursework and training in; soft tissue release techniques, manual therapy, concussion management, and vestibular rehabilitation therapy. She also has additional experience in treating pediatric and youth populations.
