I’ve been fascinated and passionate about acupuncture and its potential for healing since my early twenties. I have been a witness to how effective and powerful acupuncture is in treating the whole body affecting emotions, physical, mental and spiritual. I have helped many people get well using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practices and techniques when traditional medicine falls short. I began my studies at the New England School of Acupuncture in 1980. It was the first and only college of acupuncture in the United States. I apprenticed under Dr. Ted Kaptchuk, OMD, founder of The Pain and Stress Relief Clinic affiliated with Harvard University. I also studied at the Shanghai Number One Hospital in Shanghai, China. I was an early administrator and instructor at the highest ranking Traditional Chinese Medicine school in the nation: the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. I owned a successful integrative medicine clinic in New Mexico for 20 years and returned to Oregon seven years ago. I treat adults of all ages, especially those suffering from: - Accident and trauma related pain - Sports injuries - Low back pain & Sciatica - Neck pain - Headaches & migraines - PMS & menopause - Immune deficiencies - Insomnia - Anxiety & Stress
