I graduated from Miller-Motte Technical College in Conway SC in 2013 with an Associates Degree in the Applied Science of Massage Therapy. Having received Shiatsu massage regularly as a high school student athlete, I recognized the many benefits of massage therapy and love the relief my clients achieve after a session with me. I am also a Certified Equine Massage Therapist and have a few horse clients in our area. My goal is to help clients realize that massage therapy should not be viewed and treated as a luxury, but instead as part of their health and wellness routine.
Each massage is tailored to the individual after careful intake and assessment. Various modalities and techniques such as gentle Swedish, targeted trigger point, and aromatherapy are used in combination to address the goals of the massage.
