Brendon grew up in Oromocto NB, but has spent a fair few years in Nova Scotia, and most recently the United Kingdom. Brendon attended St. Francis Xavier University where he completed his BSc in Human Kinetics with honours in 2011. While attending St.FX, Brendon worked two years as a student athletic therapist with the CIS national champion X-Women Rugby team. Brendon then went on to Dalhousie University where he completed his MSc in Physiotherapy in 2013. After qualifying Brendon worked in a busy private practice based in Greenwood NS, before moving internationally to Cardiff in the United Kingdom where he practiced for two years in a growing multidisciplinary clinic specializing in sport and performance. Brendon has done post graduate training in acupuncture, sports trauma and management/ rehabilitation, bike fitting, persistent pain, and the Mulligan concept. Brendon has also done several blogs and guest posts for various magazines in hopes of keeping the public up to date on the latest research. Brendon is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
