Dr. Ashley Lilly has been a valued member of the ACCEL team since 2013, working with athletes at all levels—from weekend warriors to elite competitors, including professional athletes and olympians. A proud Haligonian, she enjoys a good cup of coffee, the occasional round of golf, and playing hockey herself. Dr. Lilly’s approach emphasizes individualized assessment, combining objective metrics with her extensive clinical experience. Whether you’re coming in to address an ache or injury, enhance your performance, or simply check in on your movement, she develops a tailored treatment plan. This may include soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization and manipulation, rehabilitation exercises, acupuncture, and other evidence-informed modalities as needed.
