Tiffany holds a Bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky and is a licensed Massage Therapist specializing in deep tissue, athletic massage, stretch and mobility, along with pain management massage and relaxation. Works with post surgical clients for body contouring and lymphatic relief. Tiffany has a background in athletics, A student athlete throughout her high school career, following a career ending injury Tiffany went on to study Kinesiology at UK along with working in UK Athletics at her time at the University of Kentucky. Tiffany also has vast experience working in the top leading spas in Kentucky. Acquiring skills, and techniques for the most relaxing experience.
