Dr. Stacey Cairns attended the University of Western Ontario, where she earned an Honors Specialization Degree in Health Sciences. Dr. Stacey’s interest in alternative medicine, along with her passion for helping others, led her to the New York Chiropractic College, where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2018. While Dr. Stacey enjoyed her time in New York, she is happy to be back in the Kitchener area, practicing close to family and friends. Dr. Stacey is constantly furthering her education and enjoys putting together educational talks, workshops, and classes. Her aim is to educate her patients and the community on how to reach their true health potential. She also teaches in the Health Care Administration Program at Conestoga College, sharing her knowledge and passion for healthcare with the next generation of professionals. Dr. Stacey specializes in gentle, effective chiropractic techniques such as diversified adjustments, soft tissue and myofascial release techniques, and activator methods. In addition, Dr. Stacey is a personal trainer at an F45 studio gym in Kitchener, helping clients achieve their fitness goals. When she’s not working, Dr. Stacey can be found staying active in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, playing volleyball, golfing, snowboarding, or running!

Chiropractic Initial Assessment - 60-75 Minutes

An initial chiropractic assessment will include a thorough history, physical examination, diagnosis, individualized treatment plan and treatment.
