Denise has been a Registered Massage Therapist for almost 11 years. Her journey into massage therapy began after sustaining an injury that left her searching for answers for years. What worked for others didn’t always work for her, and the road to recovery was often frustrating. Along the way, she discovered that every body is unique and responds differently to various treatments. Through a combination of different modalities, self-care, and determination, Denise was able to reclaim her life—no easy feat. She’s overcome chronic pain, mental health challenges, and even achieved an incredible 80 lbs weight loss. Looking back, Denise believes these experiences have made her deeply empathetic toward others and their struggles. She knows that life isn’t always easy, but there’s always light to be found—and she inspires others to be their own hero. Denise graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy (CCMH) and is in good standing with the CMTO. She has worked in both clinic and spa settings and has completed additional training in cupping, mental health, headaches, neck and shoulder care, and Level 1 Reiki. She’s excited to expand her skills into Craniosacral Therapy, TMJD treatment, and reflexology in the future. Her approach blends science and research with a deep respect for the mind–body–soul connection, helping clients feel balanced, understood, and cared for.
