I have also worked in the spa setting for over 20 years. I specialize in focused therapeutic massage to target areas of tension and aid in relaxation. I have a strong knowledge of different disease processes. I have been a guest speaker at various places including Fibromyalgia Support Groups and massage school programs. Using client-shared information and feedback each massage is tailored (depth of pressure, modality type) to each individuals specific goals. I am thankful to serve our community in this way.
Our 60 minute Signature Massage provides the many substantiated health benefits of massage, and it especially aims at releasing stress and tension in the body and mind. Depending on your preference, the rhythm of your massage can be slow and gentle, vigorous and firm, or deep pressure. We also include a warm compress for the feet.
