Janelle Krannich is a licensed acupuncturist in New York and Pennsylvania. She graduated from the Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine in New Jersey, and taught as an instructor soon after graduation. Prior to her study of Chinese medicine, Janelle spent over a decade in finance and accounting, optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of an enterprise’s internal processes. COVID inspired her to pursue a very different yet similar career path, optimizing the body’s internal processes in an effort to preserve health and provide relief to those who seek it. Janelle believes that Chinese medicine offers one of the best opportunities to create holistic change: your body heals itself, and acupuncture expedites the healing process. She combines traditional Chinese medicine with Japanese (Kiiko) techniques to deliver gentle treatments that alleviate emotional, mental, and physical pain. She takes a special interest in gastrointestinal (GI) issues, mental health (e.g., anxiety, depression, mania), sleep, and pediatrics. Her interests outside of acupuncture include piano, karaoke, anime, flying planes, fencing, and art within nature.
