Colleen graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2008 with a Masters of Physical Therapy after completing her Bachelor of Chemistry in 2006. She has completed numerous post graduate courses in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, Acupuncture, Dry needling, Kinesio-Taping, STOTT pilates rehabilitation, 200hr yoga teacher training, Visceral manipulation and Vestibular Therapy. Colleen has worked over 15 years in private practice setting and loves being to offer private one on one setting for her clients to give the care they deserve. Her approach is quite eclectic and holistic. It combines a mixture of manual therapy (hands-on) combined with movement using pilates and yoga as well as functional movement principles. Including visceral (organ manipulation), dry needling and acupuncture to facilitate more efficient movement patterns. Colleen believes there is never really just one spot to treat, but everything as a whole. Please feel free to call or text me (778-772-8282) for more information or if you need to book outside the available online hours. I currently work M-Thurs 9;30 -5;30 with two evening a week 6;30-9
