Ihave been practicing massage therapy since 1999 when Igraduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY. Over almost two decades of practicing massage, my skill set has naturally evolved. Though I do a great deep tissue massage- especially with neck and shoulder muscles- I believe the greatestgift I offer my clients is an opportunity for authentic connection. For years I struggled with obesity and addiction, living as an active alcoholic weighing almost 300 pounds. Recovery has been a long journey with many ups and downs, and I continue to learn and become better each day. I have developed a great passion for fitness and health and I love to share that enthusiasm with others. My past struggles have offered me opportunities to grow spiritually and emotionally, and sharing my experiences with others has become the main purpose of my journey. That manifests in many ways -writing my memoir,developing and facilitating personal growth workshops and talking with you when you come in for your sessions! Id be honored to have the opportunity to work with you.
