Lindsey is a Wisconsin native, but an adventurous spirit at heart. She recently relocated to Santa Fe and is loving the mountains and the desert climate thus far. In her free time she likes to make art, get outside, travel, workout, and dance. Lindsey’s background started with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, and a certification in yoga teaching. She worked as a personal trainer for a while and then decided to continue pursuing her interest in working with the body by going to massage school. Since then Lindsey has gone on to do training in Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage as well as Reiki. Lindsey also specializes in deep tissue, cupping, and myofascial work. She incorporates both her scientific knowledge of the body, with her intuition to treat each client effectively.

Lymphatic Drainage
A therapy that consists of gentle manual pumping on the surface of the skin to move lymphatic circulation. The manual pumping focuses at points of contact related to lymph channels, or "meridians", the pathways of lymph flow and circuitry. This treatment initiates detoxification by moving waste byproducts of lymphatic circulation to the kidneys and colon for elimination.
