I received my Associates Degree in Massage Therapy in 2005 from North Country Community College in Saranac Lake, NY. I have been practicing for over 22+ years, I have worked in athletic settings and spa settings. I have a strong desire to help my clients achieve relaxation, stress & pain relief and improved mobility. I specialize in Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Swedish and Trigger Point Therapy and John F Barnes Myofascial Release.
