These appointments are for patients who wish to book with one of our Chiropractors for the first time. These appointments are for new problems that have not yet been assessed by one of our Chiropractors. Patients will receive a full examination/assessment and first treatment during this appointment. An online Intake and Health History form will be sent to patients to complete prior to this appointment.
