Many of you know me as Shelly (officially Michelle), and if you dont know me yet, youve likely seen my sidekick, Mokka, trotting nearby. I grew up in the quiet magic of these mountains, learning the rhythm of the trails from the back of a horse. Like so many who call this valley home, I eventually felt the pull of the horizon. My journey took me from the rugged coast of Oregon and the mountains of Colorado to the vibrant streets of Southeast Asia and Spain. But no matter how far I wandered, the Teton Valley remained my "North Star"the place I returned to when I needed to breathe, reset, and remember who I was. In 2023, while living in Colorado, I realized my true path wasn't just about seeing the worldit was about learning how to heal within it. I became a licensed massage therapist because I believe our bodies carry every mile weve traveled and every peak weve climbed. Ive come home to Driggs to build something more than just a business; Ive come to build a space for your recovery. Whether Im paddling on the lake or biking the trails, Im constantly reminded of how much we ask of our bodies in this beautiful, rugged place. My practice isnt just about relaxation; its about honoring the vessel that lets you paddle the lake, hike the ridge, and show up for the people you love. I invite you to do something today that your future self will thank you for . Whether you are recovering from a grand adventure or simply need to reconnect your mind and body, Mokka and I are here to welcome you home. Please stop by the studio and say hiwe cant wait to embark on this next great adventure with you.
Our bodies are maps of our habits. My integrated sessions look beyond the surface to identify and shift the patterns that hold you back. By blending slow, deep tissue work with modalities like cupping, trigger point and sports massage technicques, we interrupt chronic tension and re-pattern your body for fluid movement.Don't just chase the painchange the pattern. Do something today that your future self will thank you for.
