I attended NC Massage School in Cornelius for my massage license, and I attended Elon University for my degree in kinesiology. While I was in college, I fell in love with anatomy and physiology, and while I was in massage school, I fell in love with applied neuromuscular therapy. Because of that, I chose to specialize in neuromuscular therapy and sports massage with my main focus being pain management and injury rehabilitation.
