Ishtpreet obtained her bachelor’s degree from Guru Nanak Dev University, India in 2015. She has worked in multiple out-patient clinics as well as a multi-specialty hospital in India. Through these experiences she has gained a special interest in orthopedic and sports injuries. Her treatment approach includes manual therapy, exercises, patient education and prevention strategies to increase mobility, strength and function. She also focuses on postural education and work ergonomics to avoid injuries before they happen.
