Before pursuing Massage Therapy, the decade of pridefully working in retail and hospitality humbled my body with chronic pain that lived rent-free. Coming from a business education background, entering a health science field such as massage therapy was inconceivable. Today, I am able to provide care, movement education, and the connections people need to live their best lives. I’ve honed my ability as a therapist over the years learning both clinical and holistic approaches. Using NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT), I can assess and treat dysfunctional and painful movements beyond traditional deep-tissue massages, by understanding how the nervous system responds to movement, and correcting faulty biomechanics. People are able to experience changes in real-time with an NKT session, and get pleasantly surprised when their old hip surgery scar was feeding their neck pain for years, and understand why continuously massaging the same spot tenses back up repeatedly. My approach is to empower all of my clients to voice any curiosities or questions about their well-being. My goal is your goal, and any old health history is relevant history. I genuinely enjoy lending people an ear to hear out their problems, allowing me to continuously make meaningful connections.
