Massage Therapy

(60 minute treatment) A customized therapeutic treatment designed to address your specific areas of tension and concern. Each session may combine a variety of techniques—including deep tissue massage, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping, and gua sha—to help restore balance, improve circulation, and relieve chronic pain or tightness. Using slow, intentional strokes and focused pressure, this massage can ease postural strain and muscle tension, and can address conditions such as sciatica, carpal tunnel, neck stiffness, and headaches. Sessions may target specific problem areas or support the entire body for overall wellness and recovery.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Massage 60 min

(60 minute treatment) Lymphatic Massage is a gentle yet highly effective treatment that supports the body’s natural detoxification and drainage pathways. Using slow, rhythmic techniques and a very light touch, the massage therapist stimulates the lymphatic system—located just beneath the skin—to help move excess fluid, reduce swelling, and encourage the removal of metabolic waste. Despite its softness, this treatment can produce powerful results, often leaving clients feeling lighter, less puffy, and deeply relaxed. Lymphatic massage is especially supportive for those experiencing fluid retention, inflammation, sluggish circulation, or anyone looking to enhance their body’s natural healing and recovery processes.
