Nav recently passed her Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) registration exams and is currently awaiting full registration. She is excited to start this new chapter and looks forward to helping people feel their best through thoughtful, personalized care. Choosing massage therapy was an easy decision for Nav because helping others has always been something she genuinely enjoys. She loves seeing the difference that massage can make, whether it's easing pain, relieving stress, improving movement, or simply giving someone an hour to slow down and take care of themselves. Her priority is to make every patient feel comfortable, listened to, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. When she's not in the clinic, you'll likely find her heading out on an unplanned road trip, fitting in a good stretch, or trying out a new recipe in the kitchen. She enjoys finding balance in everyday life and loves bringing that same positive, welcoming energy into her treatments. Nav is excited to welcome new patients and looks forward to being part of their health and wellness journey.
