I have always found the human body and soul combination to be fascinating which lead me to understand it from the eastern to western point or view. During my own personal journey of healing and achieving a balanced lifestyle, I discovered a variety of self help tools that helped me and in turn can assist you with your spiritual and physical journey and help you achieve balance in your lifestyle where in today’s society can be difficult to do it on your own. As a Massage Therapist, I have learned to utilize my hands to help locate the imbalance and ultimately make my clients feel better. During my practice as a Massage Therapist, I decided to expand my learning in the world of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). In 2011, I travelled from Tunisia toToronto to attend the Shiatsu School of Canada where I completed my certification for TCM Acupuncture. The philosophy of TCM have become a staple in my personal life, I became more aware of how the body functions, the source of health issues, how emotions. eating habits, environment and activities we do can have an impact on our health and bodies. Today, I am able to do what I love – help people suffering from chronic pain and guide them towards solutions and overall improved wellbeing. By understanding the root cause of the imbalance and using a variety of modalities such as, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, Acupressure, Cupping, Acupuncture, Gua-Sha (Graston), Auricular acupuncture, Moxibustion and Tuina, I help my clients cope with their daily activities with ease. Acupuncture

Initial Acupuncture Visit

Acupuncture decreases pain by stimulating nerves and increases the release of the body’s pain-relieving chemicals by the insertion of fine, sterile needles into the skin. Acupuncture is also believed to cause local tissue changes to stimulate healing.
