Graduate of the cleveland institute of medical massage and holding a state board license in bodywork and massage. An intuitive holistic bodyworker devoted to supporting the bodys natural ability to heal and restore. I believe deeply in the connection between mind and body, and approach each session as a collaborative, whole-person experience. Drawing from modalities including sports massage, Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure, prenatal, and oncology massage, I intuitively tailor my work to meet you where you are. With grounded presence and attentive touch, I create a nurturing space where tension can soften, the nervous system can settle, and balance can return. My intention is to support not just physical relief, but a deeper sense of connection, awareness, and harmony within.
Massage Therapy
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Reflexology
stimulation and pressure is applied to the hands feet and ears to relieve stress tension and move toxins out of the body.
