For more than twelve years, Ive dedicated my career to helping people move, heal, and reconnect with their bodies. As a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist and founder of STRUKTUR: Integrative Muscle Therapies and Massage , my work blends science, education, and empathy. I believe that effective bodywork isnt just about techniqueits about understanding. My approach draws from myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and structural integration, tailored to each persons unique needs. Whether Im helping someone recover from pain, manage chronic tension, or simply rediscover a sense of ease, my goal is to restore balance and function while teaching clients how to sustain those changes long after the session ends. Education has always been at the heart of what I do. I see every session as an opportunity to share knowledgehelping people understand how their bodies work and how small adjustments in awareness, posture, or movement can lead to lasting change. That philosophy has shaped not only my practice but also my long-term vision: to build STRUKTUR into a wellness cooperative that connects clinical care, community, and culture. My work is rooted in a simple belief: healing begins with awareness, and care means taking time to listento the body, to the person, and to the story behind the pain.
