Hailing from northern BC, Prince George, Stephen has always had an interest in how things work and solving puzzles. Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy granted Stephen access to streams of knowledge and tools, giving a solid foundation to being able to help folks understand their bodies and to lend a hand restoring proper function. With a passion for helping alleviate chronic conditions, he will work with you to achieve your goals and needs. Stephen utilizes deep tissue to lighter myofascial work, pelvic stabilization and joint mobilization, (PNF) stretching to find balance within our systems. Outside of the treatment room Stephen loves to putter, nerd out and be in the bush. “Sometimes you strengthen, sometimes you rest, sometimes you walk it off, sometimes we are at our best.”
