I love humans! I am in service of nourishing the path of health and happiness. This has been my life long passion. Traditional Chinese and natural medicine are the lens through which I offer patients an integrative perspective to understand and strengthen their relationship with Self…and their unique path of healing. In 30 years and over 10,000 healing sessions, I have found that addressing conditions with a blend of Classical and 5 Element acupuncture, abdominal massage, therapeutic bodywork, sound, breath, skillful listening, natural medicines and inquiry is a powerful combination for restoring optimal health. Acupuncture for systemic reset: This systemic balancing treatment. It's focus is consolidation of innate Qi. Rather than targeting specific symptoms, it supports homeostasis, release of stored stress (trauma), and return to balance and resilience.
