Sophie is fully bilingual in French and English and is available for both initial assessments and follow-up treatments. Sophie brings a strong foundation in health and movement to her practice, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion from Laurentian University. Her studies focused on key areas such as exercise physiology, biomechanics, motor learning, and physical conditioning—giving her a well-rounded understanding of how the body functions and moves. She continued her training at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, where she earned her Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc). There, she refined her expertise in anatomy, physiology, and the mechanics of the body, allowing her to take a hands-on, holistic approach to care. At OsteoHub, Sophie is passionate about helping patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. She focuses on restoring balance and coordination within the body to support improved mobility, reduced pain, and long-term wellness—all within a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.
