Ryan completed his Master in Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia in 2022 after having completed his Bachelor in Kinesiology. Ryan has since practiced as a physiotherapist in Vancouver and now in Surrey working with a variety of sports injuries related to running, soccer, and rugby, workplace injuries and general aches and pains. Ryan’s philosophy relies on creating changes in pain and function through manual therapy, IMS/Dry Needling, and patient education and empowerment. These changes are then reinforced with corrective exercises that patients can complete in clinic and on their own at home. Ryan believes in rehabilitation as a collaborative approach that includes working alongside your other healthcare practitioners but focuses on you as the MVP of your rehab team. Empowering you to take the steps to take control of your pain and rehab journey is key to achieving your goals! In his spare time Ryan is an avid soccer fan attending matches, watching them on TV and playing in soccer matches himself. He is also interested in cycling and strength training, and occasionally picks up other sports like pickleball and hiking. He also spends time caring for his pet bunny.
