-CURRENTLY ON MATERNITY LEAVE- Kelsey takes a special interest in pre & post-natal care, breast augmentation, breast health, and mastectomy care. Only accepting pre/post surgical patients, breast health patients & maternity patients. Kelsey’s passion for Massage Therapy was sparked at a young age due to her interest in living an active and healthy lifestyle! Upon graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, she made a big move to a little town in Saskatchewan where she practiced for 3 years. Missing the mountains, warmer weather and lake country brought her back to BC, settling in Kelowna. Fitness, happiness and health have always been top priorities in her life. As an RMT with over 7 years of experience, Kelsey has narrowed her scope to women’s specialized care. These skills have been acquired through many hands-on hours & continuing education, with the goal of improving women’s day-to-day lives. When indicated she incorporates kinesiology and sports taping into her treatments which she has advanced training in. She encourages her patients to be proactive in their recovery by educating them & customizing a home care plan including stretching, strengthening and remedial exercises. Outside of the clinic Kelsey loves the outdoors, the gym/workout classes & any activity that involves bringing along her Miniature Dachshund “Sage”! Her passion for a healthy lifestyle reflects in her treatment plan to help get you living your best life! Kelsey’s treatment goals are to treat each patients condition successfully by getting to the root of the problem rather than just mask the presenting symptom.

This appointment includes a thorough assessment of patients health history based on current and past injuries and/or health conditions. Assessment tools such as movement evaluation, manual testing and special tests will be incorporated to further understand patients presenting condition(s). Post assessment, treatment will begin and home care prescribed to conclude.
