Michelles work is grounded in the Buddhist principle of bodhicittaliving with an awakened and compassionate heart. She understands many of todays physical and emotional challenges as the result of chronic stress and a growing disconnection from the body. Her work offers a gentle invitation to slow down, settle in, and reconnect with the bodys natural intelligence. Through a calm, grounded presence and warm, attentive touch, Michelle supports the nervous system in shifting out of stress and into a deeply restorative state. Her sessions incorporate therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, and nervous systemregulating touch, creating space for the body to release tension and return to balance. As the body softens and the mind quiets, clients often experience a deeper sense of ease, embodiment, and inner connection. Her work blends the physical and the subtle, offering a deeply calming experience that leaves clients feeling relaxed, present, and renewed. Outside of her sessions, Michelle stays deeply connected to the natural world and the practices that keep her grounded. She loves yoga, hiking, camping, and spending time in nature, often exploring trails with her adventurous border collie mix, Chandler. At home, she enjoys reading and cookingsimple, nourishing rituals that reflect the same presence, care, and appreciation for balance that she brings to her work.
