Peter Smylie is a graduate from Centennial College’s Massage Therapy program and has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2011. Peter has worked in a number of settings including a gym, spa, and clinics. Through his experience and continuing education he has learned many ways of treating issues from different angles. Using an approach of both deeper massage techniques and gentler ones Peter will work with you to help you reach your goals together. Peter has been active in athletics and sports since childhood. These include martial arts, soccer, ultimate frisbee, dodgeball/trampoline dodgeball and others. Having this background allows Peter to better understand the demands on the body from sports and how to improve biomechanics to help you further your own physical health. Peter continually updates his practice knowledge and enjoys sharing his ideas and educational resources with other clinicians at our clinic. Away from Massage Therapy, Peter is active in the Toronto music scene where you can find him either on stage playing or enjoying the music in the crowd.
