Dr. Rachel grew up in Santa Cruz and has a passion for fitness. Having competed in women’s bodybuilding and worked as a personal trainer, she has firsthand experience with the demands of intensive training. After facing injuries and undergoing physical therapy, she felt like the treatment lacked personalization, which made her determined to study physical therapy. Rachel graduated from Hawaii Pacific University’s inaugural Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Her goal is to empower people to express themselves through movement and to offer individualized care meeting each client’s needs. Hobbies: Enjoys spending time with her husband and furbabies, working out, painting, and playing games with friends.
