Kelly Bamford has provided Healing Touch and Therapeutic or Relaxation Massage since 1999. She has a special interest in pre-natal massage, working with expectant mothers to relieve any discomfort as they come to term. Healing Touch is a certificate program in energy based therapies derived from the ancient art of hands-on-healing. The techniques used work with the energy of the body to induce deep relaxation and promote self healing.
Massage has proven to help, and in some cases eliminate symptoms of migraines, tension headaches, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis, high blood pressure, depression, accident recovery, and sports injuries.
