I’ve always been fascinated by the way the body works—and even more fascinated by the stories it tells. Over the years, I began noticing something important: many people weren’t simply looking for relief from symptoms. They wanted to understand why they felt disconnected, exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck. They wanted to feel more at home in their bodies again. That realization shifted the way I practice. Today, I help women and families better understand the relationship between their nervous system, stress patterns, and overall wellbeing. I’m especially passionate about supporting women through seasons of transition—from preparing for motherhood and pregnancy to postpartum recovery and creating a more connected, intentional life. My approach combines Network Spinal care, nervous system education, and a whole-person perspective that looks beyond symptoms and focuses on helping your body create the conditions for healing and growth.
