Breathe and Relax...I use different techniques to help you reduce stress, reduce pain and feel rejuvenated. I can provide a range of services from a relaxing Swedish massage to a healing Fascial Release massage. I have acquired knowledge with the Fascial System to help you manage your fascial issues ranging from Fibromyalgia, Plantar Fasciitis and Neuropathy. I have personal experience with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Mass Cell disease. I am a licensed Massage Therapist and a Provider for Yomassage and Fascia Blasting sessions. Therapeutic massage is any type of massage modality that helps relieve pain, reduce stress, and work on a specific problemsuch as a frozen shoulder, hip pain, back pain ect. People tend to assume therapeutic massage means deep tissue massage, and that they will get a very strong massage. But this is not always the case. At Susquehanna Massage we will apply the specific techniques and tools and the right amount of pressure to address your need, and sometimes thats a lighter touch.
Reflexology
A 1-hour Foot reflexology appointment is a complementary therapy applying pressure the specific points on the feet. The feet are mapped with zones representing the entire body, with the toes linked to the head/neck, ect. Reflexologist applies specific pressure to these points using various techniques. This stimulation sends signals through the nervous system, improving blood flow and promoting relaxation, which can reduce tension and pain in the corresponding areas.
