Registered Massage Therapist Marce has always had a desire to use her hands to help others. Between working in retail, gardening, reading, spending time with family, and volunteering, Marce still felt like there was something more she needed to do. In 2005, Marce was diagnosed with breast cancer and her whole life changed. While battling her cancer, Marce found Massage Therapy and knew from that moment, this was what she had been looking for. Completing her RMT certification in 2007, Marce has been helping clients with pain relief, and resolving muscle tension/tightness. Marce is diligent and determined in seeking out the root cause of her client’s symptoms and treating it with massage therapy in conjunction with services by other healthcare practitioners.
This type of massage involves slow applied pressure with deep strokes to target inner layers of muscle & connective tissue. This technique aides in breaking down scar tissue & reduce tension.
