I love helping you get back to all this things you like to do! I offer physiotherapy services for all aches, pains and injuries and am dry needling certified. I also offer pelvic physiotherapy services. These are the pelvic conditions I can help you with: - Bladder leakage, urgency and frequency - Pelvic organ prolapse - Pregnancy related pelvic symptoms - Birth prep and Post partum rehab - Diastasis Recti Abdominis (DRA) management - Constipation or bowel issues Ideology/Treatment Style: I believe in the importance of investing in one’s body to reach its full potential. I prioritize exercise therapy with complimentary manual therapy as the mainstays of my rehab approach. I emphasize the importance of collaborative treatment and goal planning and want to work with my patients, as a team, to reach rehab and personal goals. Physio can be a tough journey so it is always a personal goal of mine to insert some fun and laughter into the process whenever the opportunity arises. About Me: I love to be active by running, lifting weights and doing yoga. My favorite relaxing past-times are playing video games and watching Formula 1 or anime.
