FOR NEW CLIENTS: Our 30-minute New Client TMJ Massage Session provides focused, specialized care for clients experiencing jaw tension, TMJ dysfunction, teeth grinding, headaches, facial tightness, or stress-related clenching. Your visit begins with an extra 15-minute evaluation, during which your therapist will review your intake form and medical history, assess jaw movement, and identify contributing muscular patterns in the neck, face, back and shoulders. This session includes targeted external TMJ work designed to relieve muscle tension around the jaw, improve mobility, and reduce associated pain or discomfort. Because TMJ dysfunction often affects surrounding muscles, your therapist may also address related areas such as the neck, base of the skull, and upper shoulders. While this shorter session offers meaningful relief, clients with chronic TMJ issues often benefit from longer treatment times. Still, this 30-minute option provides a focused and effective starting point for reducing jaw tension and improving comfort. If you're looking for fast, targeted relief for TMJ-related symptoms, this session offers specialized care tailored to your needs. Duration: 45 minutes
