About Having spent years swinging on the pendulum from conventional to holistic medicine, I have finally landed somewhere in the middle of the integrative sphere, here in the world of naturopathic medicine. Chronic illness has shown up in many forms throughout my life, often frustrating me to no end. Naturopathic medicine has allowed me to stand with my struggles, making space for and understanding them, ultimately allowing me to make amends (slowly, but surely).
