Sat graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in 2012 and has been an RMT for 13 years. She emigrated from England in 2007; having worked in a busy, stressful corporate world for many years, massage for relaxation, stress and muscular pain became a way of life for her. She soon realized the long-term physical and emotional benefits and so decided to learn more. Sat has years of experience in both spa and clinic settings.
