I’m certified in the Webster Technique for pregnant patients and have undergone extensive post-doctorate training in Prenatal and Pediatric care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). I want to equip and support you through chiropractic and functional movement, so you can flourish in every season of life. My journey started with a love for sports from a young age, fueled by a deep curiosity about the human body and a passion for improving health naturally. This led me to pursue a career as a Physical Education and Health teacher. However, it wasn’t until I immersed myself in Triathlons that my teammates convinced me to explore Chiropractic care. Experiencing firsthand the remarkable improvements in my performance and overall well-being, I knew I had stumbled upon a “secret weapon” of health that I needed to share with others. I also hold certifications in Functional Medicine, Dry Needling, and proudly serve as a Master Coach and Trainer for “Built Well for Birth,” focusing on maximizing health during pregnancy. I love getting to work with women in so many different seasons of life. From helping athletes unlock their full potential and prevent injuries, to caring for women through pre & postpartum.
