Graduating with a first class honours from the Royal College of Surgeons, I am a budding physiotherapist with a particular interest in medical exercise prescription and the rehabilitation of sports and musculoskeletal injuries. My current work involves prescribing exercise to treat medical conditions including CVD, osteoporosis, diabetes, cancer etc. I am a firm believer of the fact that exercise plays an important role in the treatment of these conditions and not just more pills! Experience with Leinster Rugby’s School of Excellence and frequent pitch-side cover has honed my knowledge and treatment of sports and musculoskeletal injuries and is something I am keen to continue learning from.
