Teresa Waser is an Orthopedic and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist who treats all genders across the lifespan. She blends her extensive experience as a physio, coach, and educator to provide a whole person approach that is highly individualized to your concerns and goals. Teresa has special interests in strength training across the lifespan, pelvic health in sport, pregnancy and postpartum care, sexual wellness, and the treatment of chronic pain. She's also fits pessaries for those with pelvic organ prolapse and/or urinary incontinence. Teresa has taught fellow clinicians & fitness professionals internationally. She is passionate about what she does and she can't wait to work with you!
