Anna has been in practice since 2019 and brings years of experience and individualized treatments to the table. She enjoys using deep techniques, fascial refinement, lymphatic massage and isolytic stretching to achieve your goals. If you’re a competitive athlete or weekend warrior; preparing or recovering from surgery; suffering from headaches or migraines; looking to manage everyday aches and pains - she’s got you. Anna has taken additional training in RAPID-NFR, Vodder method for lymphatic massage, breast massage for mastectomy, reconstruction, and gender affirming care, plus many more. Back in the day she was a competitive gymnast and continued to coach for many years after. This gives her a deep and detailed understanding of biomechanics and can offer a unique experience to your assessment. She also finds the mechanics of the foot and ankle fascinating during walking, running and jumping. In her free time, she enjoys climbing, surfing, running with her dog, swimming, or any hobby with movement!
