I truly believe I was born to be a massage therapist. My journey into healing began long before my formal education. As a young teenager, I discovered Reiki and energy work on my own, and if you asked my family, they would tell you it was never a surprise that I chose this path as a career. I graduated from MacEwan University’s 2200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma Program in 2015 and have since accumulated over 10 years of clinical experience working with a wide variety of clients, conditions, injuries, and backgrounds. I spent the first five years of my career as the primary Registered Massage Therapist in a busy chiropractic clinic, where I gained invaluable experience treating everything from chronic pain and postural dysfunction to motor vehicle accident injuries and athletic concerns. Since 2020, I have proudly been part of the Therapeutic Body Concepts team! I am a passionate, driven, and lifelong learner who genuinely loves what I do. In fact, I’m a bit of a massage therapy nerd! I regularly pursue continuing education, attending multiple advanced training courses each year in addition to my own independent studies. My goal is always to provide the most effective, individualized care possible while continuing to expand my knowledge and skills. My treatment style is best described as therapeutic, intuitive, and deeply relaxing. I believe effective treatment doesn’t have to be painful to create meaningful results. Rather than relying on a single technique, I take a holistic approach by blending multiple modalities together to create a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs, goals, and comfort level. Over the years, I have developed extensive experience treating: Relaxation and maintenance massage Common office-worker and student-related concerns Chronic pain and tension patterns Athletic injuries and recovery Joint and biomechanical dysfunctions Lymphatic concerns Motor vehicle accident (MVA), post-whiplash, and post-concussion recovery Injury rehabilitation and home care planning My advanced training includes: CranioSacral Therapy Levels I & II SomatoEmotional Release Level I RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Levels I, II & Core Myofascial, Dynamic, Meridian Line, and Facial Cupping Manual Lymphatic Drainage TMJ Dysfunction Correction Kinesiology Taping Reiki Fascial Decompression Techniques Nerve and Joint Mobilization Techniques Visceral Release and Total Body Balancing Approaches These specialized techniques are often seamlessly integrated into treatment alongside traditional massage therapy. Depending on your needs, treatments may involve very gentle, subtle work or deeper therapeutic techniques. I am also comfortable treating clients in a variety of positions beyond the traditional face-up and face-down approach, including side-lying, semi-reclined, seated, and chair massage positions to ensure comfort and accessibility for every body. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, navigating a complex condition, or simply looking to move and feel better, I am committed to meeting you where you are and helping you achieve your optimal health and wellness goals. And whatever brings you through the door—your aches, pains, lumps, bumps, pimples, dimples, or concerns—know that you are welcome here. Shame dies with me. Outside of the clinic, I am a proud member of the LGBTQ2+ community and enjoy volunteering, creative writing, spending time with my wife, and spoiling our cats.

Lymphatic Drainage

30 Minute Manual Lymphatic Drainage Treatment

MLD involves the use of gentle manual maneuvers to aid in the recirculation of body fluids. While the exact amount of pressure applied depends on the area and pathology involved, it usually equates to very little pressure. Using this technique, trained therapists are able to detect the specific rhythm, direction, depth, and quality of the lymph flow anywhere in the body.
