An Okotoks local since 2009, Jack is proud to serve the community he calls home. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan and went on to complete his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. With over 15 years of experience as a hockey player, Jack has an exceptional understanding of sports performance, athletic conditioning, and injury rehabilitation. He specializes in helping active individuals of all ages—particularly hockey players, runners, baseball athletes, and those training through Pilates—transition seamlessly from acute pain recovery back to peak sport performance. Jack combines manual therapy, individualized exercise progression, and clear education to build long-term physical resilience. Outside the clinic, he remains deeply connected to the local hockey community as a referee for elite and youth games, and stays active through running, tennis, skiing, and golf.
