Jack has called Okotoks home since 2009 and is grateful to serve the community that shaped him. He completed his BSc in Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan and his MSc in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. With over 15 years of experience as an elite hockey player, Jack has a strong background in sport performance and rehabilitation. He works with active individuals of all levels and ages, with particular focus on hockey players, runners, baseball athletes, and individuals training through Pilates. Jack’s treatment style combines manual therapy, individualized exercise programming, and clear education. He believes movement is medicine and aims to help people build confidence, resilience, and long‑term health through sustainable habits. Outside the clinic, Jack stays connected to the hockey community as an official, having refereed more than 600 elite and youth games. He enjoys staying active through running, tennis, skiing, hiking, golf, and surfing, and has completed multiple half marathons and a full marathon since retiring from competitive hockey.
