Maxine is a dedicated physiotherapist passionate about helping others move and feel their best. She completed her Bachelor of Science (Honours) at the University of Guelph, majoring in Human Kinetics and minoring in Nutrition and Nutraceutical Sciences. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University. Maxine was first introduced to physical therapy during her undergraduate studies at the University of Guelph by a teaching assistant who was also a practicing physical therapist. Her interest deepened through volunteering experiences, where she saw the meaningful impact physiotherapy could have on individuals’ recovery and quality of life. Maxine has worked with a diverse range of musculoskeletal patients throughout her training. These experiences have shaped her compassionate, goal-oriented approach to care. As a physiotherapist, Maxine is committed to working collaboratively with her patients, empowering them through personalized treatment plans and evidence-based care. Her goal is not just to treat symptoms, but to support each person’s journey toward better function and overall well-being.
