Ehren is a physiotherapist that aims to help you realize your full potential as a runner, no matter what background you may come from. With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto, he combines his past experiences as a competitive figure skater, dragon boat paddler, and runner to offer a fresh perspective on the movement analysis of body mechanics. During an assessment, Ehren looks at the big picture to really get to know who you are and what your goals may be. He uses this to contextualize the identified strengths and weaknesses in a way that matters to your health and performance. He draws from his background as a strength and conditioning coach to cue movements and exercises so that you can understand how to have better control over your body. If you are looking to learn how to train in a more sustainable manner, Ehren is a patient and attentive resource that you can lean on to help write the next chapter of your running journey. Outside of the clinic, you might find him running up the roads of East Van or making a splash on False Creek.
