Catherine has a strong foundation in biomechanics, anatomy, and injury rehabilitation. As a graduate of Kinesiology at Western University and of the Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe, Catherine is deeply inspired by the positive impact massage therapy has on both physical and mental health.
