After 25 years in Emergency Medical Services, my career was unexpectedly brought to an end, leading me on a profound personal healing journey. Along the way, I discovered that I had to forget who I was; to remember who I am. That experience guided me toward a more holistic path of helping others heal. I graduated as valedictorian of my class from the Wholistic Training & Research Centre with a 2200-hour Advanced Massage Therapy Diploma and continued my studies to complete a 3700-hour Wholistic Practitioner Diploma, with training in reflexology, meridian therapy, aromatherapy, cupping, and hot jade stone massage. Through a trauma-informed intuitive massage, I support the natural flow of Qi-our vital life energy and help restore balance within the mind, body, and spirit, creating a safe space for release, restoration, and renewal. You were guided here for a reason. You don’t have to walk this path alone.
Massage Therapy
Deep Tissue or Relaxation. Therapeutic massage targets sore, tight muscles to reduce pain and improve function through hands-on soft tissue treatment.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a non-invasive holistic healing, art and science. Reflex points are connected to every gland and organ in your body. Stimulating these points will provide you with the benefits of reflexology by affecting the parts of the brain that are responsible for regulating the glands and organs in your body.
